What Is Hiring Week?

Hiring Week is a free recruitment event designed to connect GTA employers with local, job-ready candidates while removing the administrative burden from your hiring process.

We take care of:

  • Candidate screening

  • Interview scheduling

  • Communication and coordination

Why Participate?

We are a non-profit employment support service connecting employers with talented local candidates from equity-deserving communities, including youth and job seekers with mental health disabilities.

These groups face disproportionately high unemployment rates yet bring strong skills, motivation, and loyalty when given the opportunity!

Booth Style Job Fair Event

Thursday, February 19th
1pm - 4pm

We provide:

  • Event promotion and employer visibility.

Dedicated Interview Spots
