YWA is designed to assist workplace leaders in creating inclusive and accessible workplaces for persons with mental health disabilities.

Offering a range of activities, including coaching, training, and human resources support, this project will help build employer awareness, raise the profile of persons with mental health disabilities within employer communities, and promote the benefits of hiring, retaining, and promoting persons with mental health disabilities.
