What Is the Inclusive Job Fair?

The Inclusive Job Fair is a free, one-day recruitment event designed to bring Montréal employers and job-ready candidates together in one dynamic, in-person setting.

This event removes barriers to connection by creating direct access between hiring teams and motivated talent, all within a structured and supportive environment.

We take care of:

  • Candidate outreach and preparation

  • Event coordination and logistics

  • Creating an inclusive and welcoming space

You focus on meaningful conversations and real hiring opportunities.

We are a non-profit employment support service connecting employers with talented local candidates from equity-deserving communities, including youth and job seekers living with mental health challenges.
