The Job Demands and Accommodation Planning Tool (JDAPT)
This assessment helps with chronic, episodic conditions—and the workplace parties who support them—identify practical support and accommodation strategies to help them successfully stay at work. Available in French and English
Jdapt Self for Workers
The JDAPT is an assessment tool to identify the demands of their job to find best suited suggestions according to their needs including how and when to approach leadership to get support from the workplace. The assessment takes about 15 min to complete.
This tool helps you think about a job and assess if a worker is having difficulties with specific job demands due to their health, and suggest strategies, supports or accommodations which may help with difficulties a worker is having with those job demands.
The JDAPT for a job is an easy-to-use online tool intended to identify the important job demands for a position and how those different job tasks might be made more flexible, supportive, and inclusive for workers, which can promote worker well-being.
Decision-Support for Communicating about Invisible Disabilities that are Episodic ( DCIDE)
DCIDE was designed for workers with an episodic disability—that is, a chronic health condition, often invisible, that reoccurs, fluctuates or gets worse over time. It can also be useful to anyone who needs to make a decision about sharing personal health information. Available in French and English.
DCIDE, which is free to use and available in English and French, takes users through five different sections, related to different areas that are important to consider when making a disclosure decision.
